Chocolate Lemon Tart

1 9" fully baked pastry case
6 eggs
9 ounces sugar
6 fluid ounces lemon juice
rind of 2 lemons
1/4 pint double cream
6 ounces dark chocolate
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons butter
Mix the eggs and sugar gently but thoroughly, add the lemon juice, rinds and cream.
Pour into pastry case and bake at Gas Mark 2 for about 30 minutes - it should still wobble a bit in the middle.
Leave to cool.
Melt the chocolate with the orange juice, add the butter and pour over tart.
Refrigerate until set.
