Dog Poo Kebabs

It's
a sort of kofte really, but when I made these we only had about 375 g minced
lamb + 500 g minced beef.
Roughly chop a large-ish onion and chuck in the food processor. Add a slug of
olive oil salt & pepper a chopped up birds eye chilli + hand full herbs
(parsley, mint, coriander - all if possible). about a teaspoon of ground cumin.
Whizz until the contents are finely processed/slushy.
Add the meat and process again. Ideally, you will have some very finely
processed meat and some which is almost 'untouched'. Remove to a bowl and
squidge the mixture by hand until is evenly mixed.
If there is time leave the mixture in the fridge for a couple of hours - easier
to handle.
Form into dog poo sized sausages, slightly flatten and then grill BBQ.
Oiling your hands before squidge/formation process makes life a lot easier in
the clean up stakes afterwards
