Easy Butter Muffins

2 cups self raising flour
8 ounces soured cream
1 cup melted butter

Stir all the ingredients together until just blended.

Spoon the batter into lightly greased miniature muffin tins filling to the top.

Bake at 350oF (180oC Gas Mark 4) for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
