Garlic Bread

1 small baguette (preferably part baked)
3 ounces butter, at room temperature
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Crush of finely chop the garlic.

Put the butter in a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon until soft and very pliable. 

Add the garlic and parsley and combine well. If you have a food processor then put everything in that, garlic first to chop; then the other ingredients.

Cut almost through the bread as if slicing at 2 cm intervals.

Using the back of a teaspoon push the garlic butter into every cut.

Wrap in foil 

Bake at 200oC for 8 minutes if bread was fully cooked or 15 if using part baked bread.
