Halloumi Kebabs

Marinate some cubes of halloumi in extra virgin olive oil, garlic, oregano and basil for about 1-2 hours. Grill on skewers with cherry toms and petals of red onion, basting with the left over marinade. Yummy. Also good for barbecue picnics, because you can marinate the ingredients in a poly bag, use the journey for the marinating time, and assemble at the beach/hilltop etc. Best with a good sunset
