500 grams minced lamb or beef
2 heaped teaspoons ground cumin
2 heaped teaspoons ground coriander
2 cloves garlic -- crushed
salt and pepper
Combine all the ingredients, either in a food processor or by hand, shape into balls, burgers or sausages.
BBQ, grill, fry or oven bake.
