Easy Lemon Crepes

4 large ready made crepes
125 grams marscapone cheese
1 jar lemon curd
raspberries to decorate
icing sugar to sprinkle

Beat the marscapone with the lemon curd.

Spread onto each crepe and fold in half, spread more filling and fold again.

Place on serving plate, sprinkle with icing sugar and top with raspberries
