Marinated Lamb Chops

Prepare chops as you like then marinate in the following:-

2 cloves crushed garlic, good amount of fresh chopped parsley, 1 freshly squeezed orange (obviously the juice of), 1 glass dry white wine (drink the rest of the bottle), wine vinegar (couple of tablespoons), coarse salt, tablespoons sugar, a few black peppercorns, a few sprigs of thyme, a handful of basil leaves (according to taste - I LOVE basil so use copious amounts) and a couple of bayleafs.

The orange infusion is the "cherry on the cake"
