Mini Thai Fishcakes

250 grams firm white fish fillets, all bones removed
2 teaspoons Thai red curry paste
1 tablespoon fish sauce
2 teaspoons cornflour
small handfull coriander leaves
oil to fry
Pick over fish and remove any small bones, cut into 1" cubes.
Add to food processor together with all other ingredients except oil.
Process until combined thoroughly taking care not to overwork.
Shape into 1" balls and leave to rest in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
Flatten slightly and fry for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Serve with Thai Style Relish.
