Pitta Bread

100 grams strong plain flour
1 level teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried yeast
warm water, sufficient to give an elastic dough

Mix all the ingredients together, knead for 5 minutes.

Shape into pitta breads and place on a greased baking sheet. Leave in a warm place for 20 minutes.

Put under a very hot grill for a few minutes each side.
