1 quantity pizza dough or packet mix made according to instructions
2 oz can tomato puree
4 ounces buffalo mozzarella cheese
4 spicy sausages, eg merguez
20 thin slices chorizo sausage
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 or 4 eggs
Make pizza dough according to recipe of choice or mix.
Divide into 2 or 4 even portions and roll out. Spread with tomato puree.
Remove the skin from the sausage and cut into 2.5cm/1 inch pieces, divide between the pizzas.
Slice mozzarella and divide between pizzas, sprinkle with oregano.
Bake for 7 minutes at 230oC, remove from oven and break an egg into the centre of each pizza.
Bake for a further 5-7 minutes until the egg white is set.
