Description:  "This is another of my night school recipes from Mrs Joy Singh and is also very nice, good hot or cold.. This makes a good starter when served cold, shred some lettuce in individual glass dishes. Put a portion of the prawns in, a small dollop of thick yoghurt on top and sprinkle over some chopped coriander leaves. Decorate with a slice of cucumber and/or lemon, serve with sliced naan bread."
