Quick Pitta Bread

1 tablespoon flour (preferably strong)
pinch of salt for each pitta
splash of oil
water to mix to a dough
Put grill on to get very hot.
Mix all ingredients together to form a dough.
Knead and divide.
Roll each into a tear shape and cook under a very hot grill for a few minutes until each side is puffed up and slightly coloured.
If soft pittas (lavash) are wanted wrap in a cloth when cooked so the steam will keep them soft.
