Smoked Salmon Pizza

 1 quantity pizza dough or packet of mix made according to manufacturers instructions
2 ounces tin of tomato puree
4 ounces smoked salmon
125 grams buffalo mozzarella cheese
10 black olives (optional)
2 teaspoons dried oregano

Roll out prepared pizza dough depending on requirements.

Spread bases with tomato puree, divide smoked salmon between the pizzas, then the mozzarella cheese.

Sprinkle with oregano and add olives if liked.

Bake for 8-10 minutes at 230oC.
