Souvlaki

275 grms lamb
4 large cloves garlic
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper -- crushed
1 teaspoon sea salt
5 tbs (approx) olive oil
pitta breads
1 red onion -- sliced
lemon juice
Greek yoghurt
fresh oregano

Mix the lamb with half the sliced red onion, crushed garlic, cumin, cayenne, black pepper, salt and olive oil. Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes. 

BBQ the lamb, about 2-3 minutes a side. Cut your pitta breads in half to form pockets, fill with the lamb, the remaining red onion, yoghurt, a squirt of lemon juice and plenty of oregano (if you haven’t got fresh then used spring onions instead)
