Sage & Onion Stuffing

1 onion -- very finely chopped
1/2 cup water
4 slices sliced white bread -- processed into crumbs
30 grams butter
1/2 bunch fresh sage leaves -- finely chopped
salt and pepper
Either simmer the onion in water or microwave for 5 minutes on medium power.
Stir in the breadcrumbs, sage and butter. Adding a little more water if necessary. Season to
taste ![]()
Bake at 180oC for 30 minutes.
