aTandoori Prawns

500 grams large raw prawns, shell on -- peel skin from body of prawns leaving head & tail intact
3/4 cup natural yoghurt
1 teaspoon each of ground cumin, ground coriander, chilli powder, sweet paprika
1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
1 tablespoon lime juice
salt & pepper
Make a marinade of the yoghurt and spices, add the lime juice and salt and pepper.
Add the prawns and leave for up to 2 hours.
Stir in the coriander leaves.
Grill or chargrill for 1-2 minutes each side.
A quick mint & yoghurt dip complements this dish.
Serve immediately.
