Turkey or Chicken Lasagne
strippings from a turkey after Christmas
dinner, or the equivalent in chicken, say a couple of pounds of meat
a pint or two of white sauce, depending on quantity of meat
curry paste
packet of lasagne
desiccated coconut
grated cheese
Turn the white sauce into a curry sauce by adding the paste to taste.
Layer the sauce, chicken and pasta. Leaving enough sauce to top the pasta.
Sprinkle the top with desiccated coconut and cheese.
Cook at 200C until brown and lumptious.
