Vegetable Kebabs

Parboil
some small new potatoes, thickly slice some courgettes, cut peppers into large
chunks, ditto onions, smallish mushrooms, cherry tomatoes. Soak some wooden
skewers in water for 20 minutes. Place a selection of vegetables on each skewer.
spray with oil and dust with a mixture of dried herbs, salt and pepper. Place on
BBQ, turning as needed. The skewers need soaking to prevent them burning.
