Wombat's little Pumpkin (and other stuff) Quiches:

Cut a sheet of puff pastry into four equal squares and sort of stuff them into
the giant muffin tins with your fist so they fit snuggly. My muffin tin has six
holes, so you either waste half a sheet or cook 2 x lots of quiches.
Into these place bits of roasted garlic and pumpkin and some cubed fetta. Pour
your usual quiche filling into these equally (I used just egg & a bit of
cream on Saturday, then sprinkle with parmesan.
Bake at 180C for however long your oven takes (mine takes about 15 - 20 mins).
They're delicious. Perfect for the picnic we had (yes, even though it's the
middle of winter, we had a beautiful sunny afternoon).
