Mini Christmas Croissants

5 tablespoons good quality mincemeat
1 packet croissant dough (to make mini croissants)
2 tablespoons icing sugar
1 tablespoon brandy (optional)
Unroll croissant dough from tin, if using full size croissants you will need to cut the dough into 16 triangles.
Combine brandy with mincemeat if using.
Place a teaspoon of mincemeat on each mini croissant and roll, try ensure mincemeat is enclosed
Bake according to the instructions on the packet.
Meanwhile mix the icing sugar with a few drops of water or lemon juice to make a fairly firm icing.
When the croissants are cool drizzle with icing.
